Jenny at Nourished Kitchen asked her Facebook fans to flash their fridge. I happened to have some photos already taken from a few days ago! We have LOTS of whole farm fresh milk, and on another shelf, lots of lactoferments like water kefir, lactofermented salsa and homemade yogurt. Other things we have, include lots of different cheeses, whey, bacon, veggies, a whole drawer of peaches and apples for making dried fruit rings. In the back hiding is ginger carrots, sauerkraut, and some dried sprouted wheat.
