Lizzie's Salsa Recipe
- Mix Together: 1/3 tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper ½ tsp sugar 1 ½ tsp garlic salt ½ tsp onion salt ¼ tsp. celery salt 1/2 tsp chili powder·
- In Blender: Add juice from 1 large can tomatoes 2 tbsp. vinegar Mix well. Add spices. Mix well.·
- Add to Blender: 2 Tbsp minced onion 1- 4oz. can diced green chili's- mix just a bit
- Add ¼ to ½ cup freshly chopped cilantro Add fresh diced tomatoes (3-4 large tomatoes) Add remaining can of tomatoes If desired, add juice from one lime Mix until just combined.· Store in fridge. Eat with tortilla chips!
