Broccoli nudges genes to fight prostate cancer

There is a innate reason why I eat broccoli at least 4 times a week. ( I'll admit some weeks I only eat it once.)

This is a link to a study showing that Broccoli actually TURNS OFF cancer genes! It also TURNS ON genes that fight cancer!

Basically the study says that there were actual genetic changes in a tumor of 24 men that were eating 4 servings of broccoli a week and opposed to 24 men who were eating peas 4x a week. The changes turn on cancer fighting genes, and turn off those that fuel tumor growth.

All it takes is a FOUR servings per week.

What if everyone ate just more broccoli?
